COVID-19 Update:

My store is running as usual however due to the circumstances regarding shipping times, please understand that I cannot ensure how long something will take to get to you. I cannot refund or replace all pins orders if they get lost in the mail!

Pre-Orders

  • Most pins in my shop are funded via pre-orders.
  • Pins up for pre-order are sold at a discounted price.
  • Pre-orders help to cost the initial production of the pin. If the pre-order goal is met, the pins will go into production.
  • Usually, there are about 50 pre-order slots.
  • Once slots are full, pins will go into production. They usually take about 2-3 months to make, this varies on complexity and number of pins ordered. 
  • Once pre-ordered pins are sent out, remaining stock will be put up in my store.

Please be advised that that I quality check about 2,000 pins when pre-orders arrive to me. I then individually back them. This process can take 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the batch(es) that have been ordered. Your patience is greatly appreciated!


Pin-Grades

Pins are made by hand, therefore, it's rare to have a perfect batch (but it's not impossible).

Here is the pin grading system I use in my store:

  • Standard grade pins may have 1 or more minor flaws that are only seen under intense scrutiny. It may include small flaws in enamel or light scuffs. Great for collectors.
  • B-grade pins will exhibit one or more major flaws and/or several minor flaws. Wearable pins with imperfections usually unnoticed. 
  • Seconds pins are pins with obvious defects such as missing enamel fill, major scuffs or scratches.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Pins cannot be returned however you may exchange or get a refund for your pin under the following circumstances:

  1. The item you received was damaged (the pin has major damage  such as broken back posts).
  2. You received the wrong item.
  • Unforunately, I cannot provide a refund for an incorrect purchase or a lost package. I highly suggest purchasing package insurance if you are concerned about the safe arrival of your package and in order to protect your purchase!


International Shipping

My store does ship internationally and I know it that at times, this cost can make it difficult for international buyers. Please visit my Instagram for information on Group Orders.

International tracking is provided but is not automatically emailed to you.

Via Group Order, you can order my pins through one of my GO managers. You can also run a group order yourself if there is no one in your country running a GO. Please DM me on Instagram for more information on this!
